Jason F. Kirksey

President

 

Dr. Jason F. Kirksey is a knowledgeable, dynamic, and engaging presenter. His presentations and workshops offer practical strategies and techniques for individuals and organizations that promote understanding and facilitate growth for those seeking to develop and advance their commitment to inclusive excellence. 

 

Dr. Kirksey brings over 25 years of higher educational classroom teaching, research, and administrative experience along with a professional and enlightened approach to informing and educating audiences. Over the past decade, he has also engaged in independent consulting efforts with more than forty corporations, government agencies, higher educational institutions, public school districts, non-profit agencies, and individuals to develop and strengthen organizational commitments to diversity and inclusion. Additionally, Dr. Kirksey has over ten years of executive-level administrative experience in the areas of Equal Opportunity, Title VII, Title IX, and supplier diversity. During his academic career, Dr. Kirksey also served as a litigation consultant in federal and state voting rights cases.

 

Dr. Kirksey is a nationally recognized and respected leader and a highly sought speaker. Over the past decade, Dr. Kirksey's efforts earned he and his institution a number of nationally prestigious awards and recognitions, including the NADOHE Dr. Frank J. Hale Award for Distinguished Service and the APLU CADE Distinguished Service Award. 

 

As evidenced by his accomplishments as a higher education executive-level administrator and a Chief Diversity Officer, Dr. Kirksey brings a purpose-driven and common-sense approach to the field of diversity and inclusion.

Kaitlyn M. Kirksey

Vice President of Media & Engagement

 

Kaitlyn is a recent graduate of Oklahoma State University with a passion for connecting individuals to tools and resources to equip them for success in all areas of their lives. With a Bachelors of Science in Human Development and Family Science and over five years of experience facilitating leadership focused workshops and programs, Kaitlyn’s enthusiasm and passion for diversity and inclusion makes her an integral contributor of the JFK Consulting team.

With an extensive leadership resume that includes serving as Oklahoma State University’s third Student Body President of color, OSU Panhellenic Council’s first Chairwoman of the Diversity and Inclusion Advancement Committee, and a recognized thought leader among her peers. Kaitlyn’s dedication to helping cultivate a culture that promotes diversity and inclusion is evident in what she has accomplished.

Kaitlyn’s role at JFK Consulting allows her to oversee all electronic communications and marketing while still pursuing her dream of teaching Family and Consumer Sciences at the secondary level. She enthusiastically connects with clients to provide services that work best for them.
